A spate of recent incidents  has earned Delhi the title of ‘Rape Capital’ of the nation. Sexual assaults shockingly involving minors, pleads law is not enough, implores  for more viable solutions to help and ensure women’s safety. Government think-tanks and people are working together with NGOs, Women’s groups and Human Rights groups towards this. Interestingly, a group of Engineering students from Chennai have turned up with a novel solution. They have designed a lingerie that gives electric shocks to the attacker.
