About the Event
Returning for its much-awaited Season 2, Chapter 2, Baarish – Art. Music. Monsoon. is India’s only immersive cultural festival dedicated entirely to celebrating the beauty, nostalgia and emotions of the rainy season. Curated by Excurators, the evening blends live music, storytelling, visual arts, food, fragrances and wellness experiences into a unique celebration inspired by the many moods of the monsoon.
The musical highlight of the evening is Ab Ke Saawan, a live performance by legendary singer Shubha Mudgal and her ensemble, bringing her iconic monsoon-themed album to life through a rich blend of Indian classical, folk and contemporary music. The lineup also features the Ao Naga Choir, presenting traditional folk harmonies from Nagaland, alongside an enchanting puppetry performance by Mohd. Shameem of Puppetshala Performing Arts.
Visitors can also enjoy curated food and beverage experiences, including a Grover Zampa wine masterclass, immersive installations and thoughtfully designed experiential zones that celebrate the sights, sounds and spirit of the monsoon.
