I had booked tickets for the 9:00 PM show of “Cassettes & CDs Nostalgia” by Avinash Gupta at Studio XO.
It was an extremely disappointing experience. We reached the venue almost one hour before the show, yet no seats were made available. There was complete mismanagement at the venue, and despite having valid tickets, we were left standing with no proper assistance or resolution. Eventually, we had no option but to leave without watching the show.
What is even more concerning is that at the time of booking, it was never disclosed that seating was not guaranteed or that additional charges would be required to obtain seats. Had this been clearly communicated, I would never have booked these tickets. This lack of transparency is misleading and unfair to customers.
The event management was highly unprofessional, and the entire experience felt deceptive. I expect the organisers to take responsibility for this serious lapse.
I request a full refund of my ticket amount and a formal response to my complaint. I also hope the organisers improve their booking process and clearly disclose all seating policies in advance so that other customers do not face the same inconvenience.
This was one of the worst event experiences I have had.
