Renaisstance Theatre Society, in collaboration with Ukti – The Delhi Waldorf School, presents a production oriented Clowning & Mime Workshop by Stavros Kyrillos.
The duration of the workshop is 10 days, at the end of which the participants will stage a performance alongwith the facilitators.

General idea of the Workshop:
“Clowning is the ability of humans to play, create fun and enjoy life. There is an inner clown inside each of us that wants to be set free. The workshop focuses on providing the participants these skills through the art of clowning and improvisation.”

About Stavros Kyrillos:
“Art is the key and the tool to create positive community”, since 2007 kerollos has been a theater and performing arts instructor and director as well as an actor and performer. During this time he has worked with international and local ngos like, Save the Children, Cospe ( the italian egyptian cooperating ), Ana lindha, IOM organization, Unchr. He has also worked with NGO’s in his homeland- Egypt, like Noun Arts, Elmadinah art studio, Elhuria ngo, Alamalwan ngo, Elnahda ngo, Jesuit Cultural Center, Caritas egypt, masr el kheir, kayan culture service ngo. Besides he is the founder of Hshs clowns troupe the only clowns troupe in alexandria and founder of rednose day – egypt and in the street festival.
