About the Event
Mark Kargil Vijay Diwas by participating in the second edition of the Miles for Martyrs Marathon, organised by the IBDP students of Kothari International School. Held under the theme “Youth for the Fallen,” the event pays tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of India’s Kargil War heroes while encouraging the community to come together in remembrance.
The marathon will be flagged off by Lieutenant General Rakesh Chadha from Kothari International School. After completing the run, participants will proceed to Shaheed Smarak Park to pay homage to the soldiers who laid down their lives in service of the nation.
Additional Information
- Choose from 1 km, 3 km and 5 km run categories.
- Open to students, families, fitness enthusiasts and community members.
- The first 400 registered participants will receive an exclusive event T-shirt.
- Top three finishers will be awarded medals.
- All participants will receive a participation certificate.
- Registration is mandatory.
- The marathon concludes with a tribute ceremony at Shaheed Smarak Park.
