Last Updated: 7 August, 2026
Looking for free things to do in Noida and nearby cities this August? Whether you’re in Sector 62 on a Saturday morning or planning a Sunday trip into Delhi, this month’s calendar is packed with free community runs, cultural exhibitions, book fairs, and Teej celebrations across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi and Gurugram — most without spending a single rupee on entry.

Every event below is listed in date order, so you can scan straight through and see what’s coming up — Noida picks are called out individually since that’s where most of our readers are, but we’ve included the best free NCR-wide options too, since a Metro or short drive is often all it takes.
Event schedules can change at short notice, especially free community events run by local groups. This guide is updated regularly, and any cancellations will be reflected here — see the Event Updates section below for one already confirmed this month.
