Children’s Theatre by Annu Mehta
I was not happy with the way my 4 year old son was taught in the class. Had to leave the classes midway though had paid for the entire session. Teacher is more interested in getting the concluding act right and to achieve that undue pressure is put on the smaller kids. Children are constantly compared to each other and special gifts are given to those kids who perform well thus making the other kids feel disheartened. Not the right approach to teaching kids, specially younger ones. Can’t comment on older kids.

Science Summer Camp by Open Minds in sector 51
Dear Bushra, You must include the Science Summer Camp by Open Minds in your list. My son was in grade 5 and he attended this camp last year in 2017. In this camp they picked up many different science concepts one by one. All children understood the concept by making their own practical models. He brought these working models at home and continued to make something useful out of it for example once he brought home an electromagnet and he made a waste segregating machine out of it. There is a change in the way he studies science now. My son now enjoys science and relate concepts to the real world. He may not be able to remember the exact terms, but can easily explain and apply the concept to different situations. I recommend this camp to all the students from class 4th to 9th.
