Artist line Up
Abhishek Upmanyu is a stand-up comedian, writer and a haiku enthusiast. He looks and sounds like a regular Delhi boy, except that he is harmless. He does kill though, mostly on stage, and has done so at the biggest of stages on the stand-up circuit.
Vipul Goyal is an electrical engineer graduate from IIT Bombay and is one of the main writers for the highly popular ‘The Viral Fever’ which is India’s first online TV for the youth. Within a short span of time he has performed at all the premium colleges, corporates, entrepreneur summits and has been financially laughing his way to the banks…for loans.
Jaspreet Singh is a very innocent looking guy who derives most of his humor from the things happening in his house and around him in the city. He sometimes feel that world is really stupid place to live in and he contributes his bit by making fun of stupidity he observes in the real life.
Kunal Kamra has a career in advertising which has made him so jaded and frustrated that he does stand-up in order to satisfy his need to ridicule and mock what he sees in his daily life. He’s an observational comedian, and is known for his weird and twisted take on things.
Sapan Verma is one of India’s youngest professional comedians, having done over 300 shows in the last three years. He has not only performed all across India, but also in Barcelona, Singapore and China.
Angad Singh Ranyal is the thinnest sardar alive, born and brought up in Libya, and hence culturally confused. He also holds the world record for being the millionth Indian to opt for MBA after completing his engineering.
Appurv Gupta has one of the most unique voices in the Stand-Up Comedy scene of India. CNN-IBN has listed him in the Top 20 Stand-Up Comedians to watch out for in 2014. Comedy Central India says that he is India’s leading Hinglish stand-up comic. He is famous for his clean comedy.
Manish K Tyagi is engineer by education and profession, who served the Indian Navy for 23 long years and quit as a Commander in 2012. Forced into singledom at 47, he forayed into stand up comedy 2 years back and has since performed in over 200 open mics in and around Delhi NCR.
Kishore Dayani is the guy from Ranchi, who is diverse and is pleasantly deceptive. His Joking habit propelled him to pursue stand-up comedy. The small town boy trying to make it big. Being a mix of Bihari, Jharkhandi, Sindhi and A Delhiwala hasn’t helped matters for him and his life has become a mix of all 4 cultures.
Anshu Mor Comedian recently left corporate life to pursue his dreams of becoming a stand-up comedian. Lot of folks do that! Except they don’t do it in their 40s and don’t quit a job as head of Xbox to do it! Funny, stylish and totally urban.
Nishant Suri is an engineer turned investment banker turned wedding photographer turned stand up comedian, he clearly knows what he wants to do in life. He’s been doing stand up for a year now, and in this while has won open mic competitions at IIT Delhi.
Neeti Palta is one of the few female English Stand-Up comedians in the country. She’s an ex-advertising, ex-TV writer, ex-shy person and now a Bollywood screenplay writer. She has made people laugh all across the country and some in Singapore as well.
