Friday’s the busiest day locally: Laugh Casa’s comedy double-header (Vivek Samtani 4pm, Nishant Tanwar 6pm), plus Studio XO’s Bollywood night with Jeewan Khanna from 9pm if you want to close the evening out with music and cocktails instead. If you’d rather stay in for something quieter, Kriti Film Club’s double-bill screening at India Habitat Centre pairs two Indian shorts with a filmmaker discussion. Saturday’s just as strong: Jismaan Ton Paar at Studio Rastarang, Sector 130, is a rare piece of queer, trans-led theatre landing in Noida rather than the usual Delhi venues, while Highlane Comedy Club in Sector 18 has Rupali Tyagi’s solo set at 7pm if you’d rather stick with comedy. Jismaan Ton Paar is an hour-long solo performance tracing a trans man’s journey, blending personal narrative, movement, poetry and humour to explore dysphoria, belonging and identity. Produced by The Yellow Man Stories, it’s part of a 100-show tour across India and has previously played Mumbai, Delhi and Pune.
