Nestled in the Noida’s bustling commercial hub, Nazeer Foods restaurant in Sector 18 offers a familiar North Indian and Mughlai dining experience with a fast-food twist without burning a hole in the pocket.
Watched the final instalment of ‘Mission Impossible’ franchise at Wave Cinemas. Said our final goodbyes to Tom Cruise’s Ethan Hunt – the secret agent who lives by the motto – ‘We live and die in the shadows, for those we hold close, and for those we never meet.’ Now it was time to fill up our bellies. You wrap up a good movie date with good food, right?!
It was late in the afternoon almost past lunch time for regular restaurants. Since I was craving for something filling and flavourful we dashed to Nazeer restaurant down the lane in sector 18. This was on my radar for quite some time since it moved to its new location just next to Karim’s.
Nazeer Restaurant is Easy to Access via Road and Metro
The restaurant is just a short walk from Sector 18 Metro Station easily accessible via public transport and is surrounded by popular landmarks like Atta Market, GIP Mall and DLF Mall of India. Whether you’re out shopping or commuting, it’s a convenient stop for a hearty meal.
I am a regular Nazeer Foods customer ordering food online. Already dined at their restaurants in Spice Mall, Logix Mall, DLF Mall of India and also at the former sector 18 outlet. This was our first time at the new location.
Cool Ambience at Nazeer Foods Restaurant
The restaurant provides a comfortable dining environment with indoor seating on the first floor suitable for families and groups. It is a modest and functional setting and the decor is relatively basic. General cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. They should do something about their cooling though. The dining area is adequate but not particularly spacious, and during peak hours, it can become crowded. It’s advisable to visit during off-peak times for a more relaxed experience.
Their self-service model requires customers to place orders at the counter on the ground floor before seating. Since we were there at somewhat less busy time of the day we placed food orders from our table upstairs.
Great Mughlai Cuisine on Budget
Nazeer Foods is known for its scrumptious Mughlai dishes. Signature items like Mutton Nihari, Tawa Chicken, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Lollipop gets our thumbs up for their taste and preparation. This place is perfect for meat lovers and anyone craving kebabs, rolls, or curry on a budget. Do try their Keema Bun – it’s yum and pocket friendly.
This time around we ordered in a plate of Afghani tikka, chicken korma and naan. The gravy was thick and flavourful. Some might find it a little bit oily but Indian non-veg cuisine is never complete without ‘rang and rogan’. The tender and juicy Afghani tikka was rich in flavour, moderately spicy, and cooked well. Onion rings with green chutney was also served. The Naan was soft and complementing the main dish well.
The portion size was generous and the service quick and efficient. Staff members were polite but kept interactions minimal. The focus here is clearly on quick turnaround, so don’t expect elaborate table service. Prices too seemed reasonable for the quality.

If you’re in Sector 18 and craving affordable Mughlai food with no frills, Nazeer Foods is a reliable choice. It’s ideal for a quick lunch, takeaway, or casual dinner with family, friends or colleagues.
