The CEO of the Noida and Greater Noida authorities, Rama Raman, a1987-batch IAS officer, was given additional charge as Chairman of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities by the Uttar Pradesh government.
Rama Raman was given the additional charge of Noida, along with Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway in January after the state government had removed IAS officer Sanjeev Saran. On April 15, the state government had promoted 2002 batch IAS officer Promod Chandra Gupta as CEO of Yamuna Expressway authority after taking away the additional charge that was held by Raman.
Rama Raman became the CEO of Greater Noida Authority in 2009, then in 2011 also became the chairman of Greater Noida, Noida and Yamuna Expressway Authority.
