The month of February is choc-a-bloc full of events and activities in Noida. In fact people in Noida and NCR are spoilt for choices this spring with an annual Spring Fair and Noida Flower Show lined up to enthrall their senses. You can enjoy the game of royals – horse Polo, spend time at the Auto Expo ogling at the mean machines and fancy new launches or the yesteryear’s beauties at the Vintage Car Rally. All this in between shopping and attending Valentine parties in town. So people mark your dates for an exciting set of events in Noida.

1. AUTO EXPO 2016 – THE MOTOR SHOW | 5th – 9th | Friday – Tuesday  

Auto Expo 2016 – The spectacular biennial motor show hosted at the India Expo Mart since last year has already kick-started with 51 launches so far with brands from over 20 countries showcasing various cars, bikes and automobile trends. However, it will open to public from February 05. Check out the beauties on two and four wheels at the expo. You can also be part of various promotional activities organized at the stalls and win some memorabilia. Remember entry at gates will be closed before 1 hour of closing time of all the days and entry into halls will be closed 30 minutes before closing time on all the days.

2. VIth 21 GUN SALUTE INTERNATIONAL VINTAGE CAR RALLY | 6th – 7th | Saturday – Sunday

In its sixth edition, the 21 Gun Salute International Vintage and Classic Cars and Concours Show will be inaugurated at the Red Fort on February 6. This will be followed by a vintage and classic car race at the Buddh International Formula One Racing Track, Greater Noida on February 07. The rally this year will see a global participation of at least 34 international cars among 125 total participating vintage cars and 65 vintage and classic motorbikes. Catch a glimpse of Maybach SW38 1937, Horch 780 Cabriolet 1959, Lister Costin Jaguar 1933, Jaguar SS1 Coupe, Jaguar XK 120, Mercedes 630 Murphy, Rolls Royce Silver Ghost, among many others.

3. HORSE and BICYCLE POLO MATCH | 6th – 7th | Saturday – Sunday 

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) is organizing the horse polo and cycle polo events on February 06 and 07 at Sector 37 Zonal Sports Complex, Greater Noida. At the end of each day, a trophy – Diplomat’s cup and Bharat Polo cup – will be awarded to the winners. Organized for the first time in the city it’s a treat for the sports fans. Watch players score by driving a small white ball into the opposing team’s goal using a long-handled mallet.

5. NOIDA FLOWER SHOW 2016 | 26th – 28th | Friday – Sunday

The 30th edition of Noida Flower Show 2016 or ‘Basant Utsav’ as it is popularly called will be organized at the Football Grounds of the Noida Stadium, Sector 21A from February 26th to 28th. People can enjoy the last weekend in the company of nature and nature lovers appreciating the beauty of more than 600 variety of flowers on display. ‘Cineraria’ is the theme flower of this annual show.
