DLF Mall of India brought Kargil War memorial to Noida. An amazing replica of the memorial stands in the center of the mall paying homage to the sons of soil who gave the supreme sacrifice in honor of the country. Also on display was Captain Vijayant Thapar’s original combat dress and SD uniform. It was exciting for the locals to stand in front of the memorial.

Elsewhere in Noida, cycling enthusiasts held a special rally on Sunday to pay homage to Kargil martyrs. The rally was presided over by father of Captain Vijayant Thapar.
Polygon in association with Dare2Gear Cycle World & Fast & up organized ‘Pedal For Martyrs – Tribute To BraveHearts‘. The rally was presided over by father of Captain Vijayant Thapar.
It’s a rather unique way to honor and remember the Kargil martyrs. It combines the message of cycle for health environment and homage to those who sacrificed their lives.
This ride was beyond the boundaries of any club, iit’s more about the respectful feeling to pay tribute to our bravehearts who stood as the first line of defense for peace and harmony of the nation.
